Thank you for choosing Floor Home Ltd. This Warranty Policy outlines the guarantees provided for our flooring products and installation services. This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

- Critical Requirements to Maintain Your Warranty
To keep your warranty valid, the following conditions must be met:
- Professional Installation: The product must be installed by qualified professionals following the manufacturer’s written Our 1-Year Installation Warranty applies only if installed by Floor Home Ltd certified installers.
- Pre-Installation Inspection: The purchaser and installer are jointly responsible for inspecting the product before Check for any visible defects, correct type, colour, and dimensions. Installing products with visible defects will void the warranty.
- Sub-Floor Requirements: The sub-floor must be level within +/- 3mm over a 5m length. Failure to level the sub-floor properly voids the warranty.

- What This Warranty Covers
This warranty guarantees that the flooring products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the specified periods under normal residential or commercial use.
- What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty shall not apply to damage or defects resulting from:
- Improper Maintenance & Care: Failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommended care, cleaning instructions, or use of improper
- Accidental Damage & Abuse: Scratches, gouges, scuffs, punctures, cuts, indentations, burns, or damage from furniture (without proper pads), high-heeled shoes, pets, accidents, or intentional
- Normal Wear & Tear: Loss of finish gloss over time and minor indentations consistent with normal
- Installation & Site Condition Failures:
- Failure to follow manufacturer’s written installation
- Failure related to subfloor moisture, structural changes, or building
- Installation in inappropriate locations (e.g., outdoors, inside shower boxes).
- Environmental & External Factors:
- Damage from exposure to sunlight, extreme heat, or
- Damage from man-made or natural disasters (flooding, fire, earthquake, leaking plumbing).
- Changes in colour due to sunlight
- Cosmetic Characteristics:
- Natural variations in pattern, colour, grain, or gloss. The product’s decor replicates natural wood, and characteristics like mineral streaks and knots are normal and not
